There's another program that is quite good at identifying bad stuff. but it does not clear for you without a price., it will clear simple ones but not the hard core ones.
However it will display the details of the file, and location. write it down and try to get rid of the malware in safe mode.
If you cannot do anything in safe mode, you will need to use the xp cd and go into the recovery console . Use dos commands and remove the file
